Manage Your Subscription

Change your subscription plan

  • From the menu select 'Account' and then 'Manage Subscription'.

  • The account details page shows you what plan you are currently on. To change to a different plan select 'Change Plan'

  • Select the plan you would like from the drop down menu. To submit your changes press 'Save'.
  • Select plan from dropdown menu
  • If you choose a more expensive plan your card will be charged for the difference.
  • If the plan you choose is cheaper than your existing plan any credit on your account will be used against future payments and you will not be charged again until your credit runs out. Account credit is worked out on a pro rata basis.

  • Your new plan will be displayed on the Account Details page. A green success message will show at the top of the screen.

Update your card details

  • From the menu select 'Account' and then 'Manage Subscription'.

  • The Account Details page shows you the last 4 digits of the your payment card. To update your card select the 'Update Card' button.

  • Enter your new card details and then select 'Update Card'

  • Your new card details will be displayed on the Account Details page. A green success message will show at the top of the screen.

Cancel your subscription

  • WARNING: Once you have cancelled your subscription you will no longer be able to access your account.
  • Before cancelling your subscription we suggest that you export any data that you want to keep using the 'Export' features on the Analysis and Bills pages.
  • From the menu select 'Account' and then 'Manage Subscription'.

  • Select 'Cancel Subscription'.

  • You will be shown the details of the account you have requested to cancel. Confirm that you wish to go ahead with the cancellation by reselecting 'Cancel Subscription'.

  • You will be taken to a page confirming your subscription has been cancelled.
  • In case you change your mind and wish to resubscribe BulldogClip will keep your data for you for 30days. To resubscribe sign in using the same email address and password and follow the steps to reactivate your account.
  • If you do not want your data to be stored please email hello@bulldogclip.co.uk and we can delete your data immediately.
